Pike Rovers made a stunning comeback this evening after finding themselves three goals down mid-way through the first only to rescue a point with ten minutes remaining.

This result could prove vital at the end of the season as Rovers sit just four points behind their rivals with two games in hand. Janesboro thought they had all the work done in the first thirty five minutes as a brace from Shane Clarke and another from Adrian Power set them well on their way only for a near post header from Jonathan Grant just before half time, which proved to be the pivotal point of the comeback.

Rovers came out for the second half a rejuvenated side and halved the arrears from the penalty spot through Conor Kavanagh. Pike completed the comeback ten minutes from time as Grant again rose highest and headed the ball home for a deserved equaliser. All to play for now in this Division and both sides know one slip up will cost them the title.
