Nash Takes Killavilla Utd Reins

Killavilla Utd (formerly Roscrea Town) have appointed David Nash as their new first team manager for the upcoming season. Nash has a wealth of experience at underage level having managed the NTSFL Kennedy Cup team a couple of seasons ago but this will be only his second bite a the cherry at Junior Level, having a short stint at Roscrea United three years ago.

David was awarded the FAI Noel O’Reilly Coach of the Year Award in 2015 having guided the NTSFL to it best ever finish and finishing the tournament unbeaten in normal time.

Nash will be a popular choice amongst the club and the town and will look to better last seasons fifth place finish in the North Tipperary and District League Premier Division. Rumours have it that Paul Kirwan will leave Champions Thurles Town to join Nash in Killavilla whilst highly rated youngster Joe Moloney has returned also as the Roscrea side strive for success.

Stoppagetime.ie would like to wish David the best for the season.
