Thurles Town 0-2 St Michael’s
Thurles bowed out of the Minster Champions Cup at the first hurdle after a two-nil loss to TSDL outfit St Michael’s. Thurles fought hard throughout and were undone with two late goals, one an own goal from James Hogan and a fine strike from David Slattery.

BT Harps 3-2 Ballymackey Fc
BT Harps kept up their 100% record after a fine three two win against Ballymackey. A brace from Tommy Brophy and another from Stephen Leahy see Harps race into a three-nil lead but Ballymackey would not give up and seen Willie Darcy bag a double himself but it was to be to no avail.
Nenagh Celtic 2-2 Borroway Rovers
Celtic’s indifferent start to the season continued Sunday as they drew two all with newcomers Borroway. Al O’Brien put Rovers into the lead in the first half before a Mark Walsh scored two for Celtic, the game didn’t end there however and Calum O’Connor bagged a late equaliser for Rovers.
Portumna Town 4-3 Cloughjordan Fc
Cloughjordan’s season is getting from bad to worse as they lost to a Portumna side who managed their first ever Premier Division win. Portumna were worthy victors as a hattrick from Ryan Hanrahan and a penalty from Garry Curran. Shane Williams, Alex Wade and a Dean O’Meara penalty kept Clough in the game but they now have a huge task on their hands to make something of the season.
Sallypark Odhráns 0-3 Holycross Fc
Holycross jumped to the top of the Division One after a comfortable win against a struggling Sallypark side. Goals from John King, Jp Butler and Ciaran Maher were enough to see the title contenders win.
Rearcross Fc 3-2 Clodiagh Rangers
Rearcross gave Rangers their first defeat of the season on Friday night, Micheal O’Gorman bagged a first half hattrick to put his side three goals to the good and goals from Jack Smyth and Paul Hanly weren’t to be enough on the night for Rangers.
Nenagh Celtic B 0-4 Borrisokane Fc
Borrisokane Fc seem to be enjoying life in Division One this season as they remain unbeaten following a four-nil win over a struggling Celtic B side. Lou Mooney, Brian Donnelly, Padraig Quinn and Kevin Crowe were all on target for Borrisokane as they gather momentum for a title push.
Killavilla Utd B 3-4 Lough Derg Fc
Killavilla Utd’s winless start to the campaign continued as they lost by four goals to three against fellow strugglers Lough Derg Fc. Shane Moloney grabbed a hattrick for Villa but they were eventually outdone by goals from Ciaran Sheedy (2), Dave Cassidy and Jay Collins.
Gurtagarry Fc 0-5 Moneygall Fc
Gurtagarry tasted their biggest defeat in a long time against a free scoring Moneygall Fc. Joe Callaghan bagged a hattrick making it sixteen for the season already and Brian Delaney bagged a brace for himself also.

Ardcroney Fc 4-1 Clodiagh Rangers B
Ardcroney inflicted yet another loss on Rangers B making it five losses on the trot whilst staying at the top of the table themselves. Keith Kelly (2), Grady Jones and Oisín Conaty were all on target for the hosts and Brendan O’Loughlin grabbed a scant consolation for Rangers.
Village Fc 4-3 Arra Rovers
Village Fc managed a big win on Sunday after beaten previously unbeaten by the odd goal in seven. Ciaran Willis gabbed a fantastic double for Rovers scoring two free kicks while Jack Moloney added a third. Paul Doyle (2), Ray Cordial and Derek McLoughin were all on target for Village as they continue their chase of Ardcroney Fc.
BT Harps 4-2 Templetuohy Fc
Harps grabbed a good win here against a tough Templetuohy outfit. Goals from Eric & Luke Quinlan Eoin Brophy and Johnny Doran were enough on the day as Oisin Jordan and Brian Kelly hit the target for Templetuohy.
