FAI Junior Cup

Clonmel Celtic Vs Clodiagh Rangers Fc
Clodiagh Rangers face the daunting task of travelling to Clonmel Celtic this Sunday in the FAI Junior Cup. Rangers exited the Munster Junior Cup last weekend after an extra time loss to Cloughjordan Fc. Celtic on the other hand ran out 8-1 winners against Kilmanahan in the same competition last time out. A comfortable home win is expected here. Irish International David Joyce and Striker Seanie O’Hara are the ones to watch for the Clonmel outfit while Paul Ryan has been on fine form for the Drombane side.

Stoppagetime.ie Prediction: Clonmel Celtic

Tipperary Town Vs Cloughjordan Fc
Cloughjordan face a Tipperary Town side that has already taken an NT&DL Premier Division scalp in the form of BT Harps. Both sides have been inconsistent to say the least this season and this could go any way. Clough will have Jason Ryan back in goal while they are still waiting on Dean O’Meara’s return to the side although Paul Lake and Kevin Kennedy have been scoring freely in recent weeks.

Stoppagetime.ie Prediction: Cloughjordan Fc

Nenagh Celtic Vs Peake Villa
GAME OF THE WEEK

Cullen Lattin vs Ballymackey Fc
This will be an interesting tie as Ballymackey travel to TSDL Division 2 side Cullen Lattin. Ballymackey look set to return to Division one in North Tipperary so we doubt their is much between both sides here. A very close game in store.

Stoppagetime.ie Prediction: Cullen Lattin

th

Munster Junior Cup:

Thurles Town Vs Moneygall Fc
This should be a one sided affair as Moneygall travel to unbeaten Thurles Town. Town have huge ambitions of Premier league success this season while there opponents are languishing around the drop zone in Division 1. Thurles have an abundance of players that can damage any team and are delighted to have Paul Kirwan back from injury  Barry Ryan and Eoghan Vaughan are also in magnificent form while Moneygall will look to Michael Parlon to ease their worries.

Stoppagetime.ie Prediction: Thurles Town

Division 1:

Roscrea Town B Vs Holycross Fc
This interesting tie sees a Roscrea side with little to play for face a Holycross side that in reality must win here if they are to maintain a title push. Both sides are coming off the back of a good win apiece so this one is ecmxpected to be close. Joe Callaghan continues to impress for the Roscrea side while Calum O’Connor and Jojo O’Meara are hitting top form at the right time.

Stoppagetime.ie Prediction: Holycross Fc

Rearcross FC Vs Nenagh Celtic B
This promotion dogfight could end the title push for whoever doesn’t win. Rearcross have lost their last two games while Celtic have been quietly going about their business this season and Hugo into this one as big favourites. Danny White has been finding goals for the away side while a lot of pressure is on Mikey O’Gorman here if Rearcross are to maintain their good start.

Stoppagetime.ie Prediction: Nenagh Celtic B

Portumna Town Vs Ardcroney Fc
We can look past a home win here as both sides look to battle it out on each end of the table. Sean O’Meara (knee) is on the injury list for the hosts so that leaves it to ??????? while Jamie Heffernan looks to continue his fine form this term.

Stoppagetime.ie Prediction: Portumna Town

Division 2:

Gurtagarry Fc Vs Templetuohy Fc
Gurtagarry host an out of form Templetuohy in a match that could finish the away sides league campaign. Gurta have been in tremendous form and put twelve past Clodiagh Rangers on Sunday last. Paul Ryan has continued his hot streak for the home side and Steven Cummins has also been in top form. Oisin Jordan has been Templetuohy’s top player this season and he will hope to bring his side back into the promotion fold here.

Stoppagetime.ie Prediction: Gurtagarry Fc

Ballywilliam Utd Vs BT Harps
Harps have a tough task here in their bid to keep up with leaders Gurtagarry. Ballywilliam have been hugely inconsistent this season but can spring a surprise on any occasion. Harps though have been in top form and know that anything but a win will be no good. Colm O’Brien is a player to watch for the hosts while Chud Fennell and Darren Russell hare a menace for the  Harps.

Stoppagetime.ie Prediction: BT Harps B
