Premier Division

Thurles Town Vs Roscrea Town
Thurles host Roscrea as they look to get their focus back on the league after last weekends FAI Cup win. Roscrea’s season has taken a massive drop in recent weeks and can’t seem to find a win. Thurles boast Graeme Loughman, Aaron Ryan, Robbie Ryan, Fionn Ryan and Paul Kirwan who are all Roscrea natives so this should add a bit of an edge to proceedings. Thurles are now favourites for the title and boast a 100% record and with Paul Kirwan and Barry Ryan on top form it would be hard to look past a home win here. Roscrea have had a change in management as Martin Doherty replaces Brian Brooks and they now have a double against Thurles and another game against Nenagh Celtic as their run in, a run in that no team would particularly look forward to. The visitors will need Brian Franks and Craig Byrne on top form in the centre of midfield if they are to have any chance.

Stoppagetime.ie Prediction: Thurles Town

Cloughjordan Fc Vs Nenagh Celtic
Top of the table Celtic travel to Cloughjordan knowing their title hopes all hinge on a win here. Clough at this time of the season can be very dangerous as they look to get their act together for the upcoming cups. Clough have had an indifferent season but the shining light has been the firm of Dean O’Meara who is now joint top scorer in the division. Paul Lake and Kevin Kennedy have also chipped in with goals but they have strength all over the pitch with Jason Ryan in goals and Jack Farrell, Diarmiud Kennedy and Skip Cleary all in a good vein of form. Celtic need striker Jimmy Hynes firing on all cylinders if they are to keep their title hopes alive although Mark Walsh and Sean Healy have been impressing all season. A tough game in store for both sides and Celtic won the reverse fixture by three goals to one earlier in the season.

Stoppagetime.ie Prediction: Draw

NT&DL Division 1:

Roscrea Town B Vs Nenagh Celtic B
This mid table clash should only serve up as some match practice for two sides who will hope to put in a good run in the Barry Cup this season. Neither have been in the best of form recently so this is a match both will want to win. Town have relied heavily on striker Joe Callaghan who again has been in immense form this season while Danny White and Alan Kelly have been the best in front of goal for Celtic. Celtic did win the reverse fixture by three goals to one earlier in the season, a match where Kelly and Callaghan found themselves on the scoresheet.

Stoppagetime.ie Prediction: Draw

NT&DL Division 2:

Gurtagarry Fc Vs Ballymackey Fc
Gurtagarry will become NT&DL Division 2 champions if they can avoid defeat against near neighbours Ballymackey Fc In Latteragh on Sunday morning. Gurta won the reverse tie last weekend by the odd goal in three as goal machine Paul Ryan scored a second half winner. They will be expecting to lift the title here as with home advantage and continuous good form should ensure it. Ballymackey will not give up though and could prove to be a tricky obstacle here if allowed. Timmy Fleming will look to add to his tally for the season and keep his sides slim title chances alive.

Stoppagetime.ie Prediction: Gurtagarry Fc

Ballywilliam Utd Vs Clodiagh Rangers Fc B
Ballywilliam finish off their League campaign against a Clodiagh side that bagged their first win of the season only last weekend. Alan White scored that vital winner against Borrisokane but Paul Hanley has been the man to watch in the Rangers side. Ballywilliam won the reverse fixture by the odd goal in three when Keith Nealon and Declan O’Donoghue cancelled out Hanleys opener.

Stoppagetime.ie Prediction: Ballywilliam Utd

Cloughjordan Fc B Vs Templetuohy Fc
Templetuohy’s last league game of their campaign against the only team that can catch them for 4th place and will hope to get the result needed to cement their position after a string league campaign. Clough themselves have failed to light up the division and have been in mid table obscurity for the most of the season. The reverse fixture was a top quality affair as Clough ran out 4-3 winners. Oisin Jordan has been one of the best players in the division this season and he will hope to end his sides campaign on the fine form he’s shown throughout while Dusty King and Andrew Brennan will hope to add to their tallies this season.

Stoppagetime.ie Prediction: Templetuohy Fc

Rearcross FC B Vs Borrisokane Fc B
Rearcross have only managed two draws this season and one of them came in a three all draw against Borrisokane in the reverse fixture. Both sides have little to play for league wise but both will hope they can spring a shock or two in their upcoming Cup games.

Stoppagetime.ie Prediction: Draw
