2016-10-18-12-01-05-1-300x168

FAI Junior Cup 4th Round:

Thurles Town Vs Tipperary Town
Thurles host an in form Tipperary Town who only two weeks ago managed a very credible 2-2 draw with Junior giants St Michael’s. Thurles however have been in top form themselves and only beat the gritty Cloughjordan Fc with consummate ease. Thurles will look to Barry Ryan who has been unstoppable as of late while they have also seemed to curb the influx of goals in their own net since the signing of Graeme Loughman. Vinny Godfrey is the man to watch amongst others for Tipperary and manager Brian Boca Glasheen is in very confident form going into this one.

Stoppagetime.ie Prediction: Thurles Town

Munster Junior Cup:

Holycross Fc Vs BT Harps
This should be an interesting affair as Holycross, who are gunning for a swift return to the Premier Division face Top of the Premier Division BT Harps. Harps have only lost one of their eight league games and have look in top form in recent weeks with the likes of Sean P Guerins and Chris Eid playing very well. Tommy Brophy has been a constant threat all season aswell as Johnny Coleman up front whilst Kuba Beban is quickly becoming a star between the sticks. Holycross have both Jojo and Colin O’Meara back on form while Calum O’Connor has been in terrific for all season. An away win is expected here.

Stoppagetime.ie Prediction: BT Harps

NT&DL Premier Division:

Borrisokane Fc Vs Nenagh Celtic
Celtic will work on salvaging some part of their League campaign against a Borrisokane side that could be safe from relegation if they themselves could manage a win. Celtic will go top with a win but have struggled for goals compared to other seasons this time round. Jimmy Hynes is the man they need to find the net while Borrisokane’s Shane Stapleton could be the man to keep his side up.

Stoppagetime.ie Prediction: Nenagh Celtic

Cloughjordan Fc Vs Ballymackey Fc
Ballymackey’s relegation could be set in stone here as they face Cloughjordan . Without a league win this season the Toomevara side threw away a two goal lead against Roscrea last weekend in the last few minutes. Clough themselves haven’t been in the best of form but should be more than good enough to win here. Dean O’Meara and Paul Lake are the ones to watch for Clough while Denis Haverty continues to shine for the Bally Boys.

Stoppagetime.ie Prediction: Cloughjordan Fc

NT&DL Division 1:

Rearcross FC Vs Portumna Town
Rearcross FC must beat league leaders Portumna if they are to have any chance of promotion this season despite there great start. Portumna have been in immense form as of late and Ryan Hanrahan has done brilliantly in Sean O’Meara’s absence as he has scored week in week out when needed. Portumna have to keep a careful eye on Mikey O’Gorman, a player that has been very clinical this season. A very tough game is expected for both sides.

Stoppagetime.ie Prediction: Portumna Town

Ardcroney Fc Vs Clodiagh Rangers
A few weeks ago this would have looked like a walk in the park for Rangers but their serious dip in form will keep Ardcroney’s faith intact as they look for a miracle in their last five games as they look to catch Moneygall in the relegation battle. Jamie Heffernans goals have been plentiful this season while Clodiagh will look to Paul Ryan and Ailbe O’Donoghue in their bid to end Ardcroney’s chances of survival.

Stoppagetime.ie Prediction: Draw

Arra Rovers Vs Moneygall Fc
Rovers relegation will be confirmed here if they cannot beat Moneygall. The away side themselves are in desperate need of a win here as they look to stave off the challenge of Ardcroney behind them. Gearóid Larkin is Moneygall’s most viable threat wile Dermot O’Halloran has a knack of finding goals for Rovers.

Stoppagetime.ie Prediction: Moneygall Fc

NT&DL Division 2:

Templetuohy Fc Vs Rearcross FC B
Templetuohy’s penultimate league game comes in the form of Rearcross B. The visitors have yet to win in their eleven league outings managing just two draws in the process. Templetuohy though have had a very good season this far and have had Oisin Jordan in tremendous form throughout. A home win is ecmxpected here as the hosts battle for a top four finish.

Stoppagetime.ie Prediction: Templetuohy Fc

Ballymackey Fc B Vs Gurtagarry Fc
GAME OF THE WEEK

Clodiagh Rangers Fc B Vs Borrisokane Fc B
Borrisokane will look to reach double figures for the season here against a Rangers side that havnt managed a league win this season and have only registered one point on the table so far this season. This should be a walk in the park for the visitors but anything can happen in this division. Kevin Crowe is the main man for Borrisokane while Paul Hanley has top scored for Rangers.

Stoppagetime.ie Prediction: Borrisokane Fc B
